Side note: I find it incredibly amusing that they put AMD as "Hardware Vendor #3" while naming Intel and XeSS in their diagram. This framework allows developers to easily implement one single integration and enable multiple super-resolution technologies and other graphics effects supported by the hardware vendor. Streamline is an open-sourced cross-IHV solution that simplifies integration of the latest NVIDIA and other independent hardware vendors’ super resolution technologies into applications and games. Essentially, FSR 2.x is implemented into an open source project spearheaded by Nvidia called Streamline, which, to let Nvidia describe it: It can be done, and it does not require the game's source. That goes for every non open-source game with FSR integrated.
